Yes, see Sections 210.52(B)(1) which indicates that the two or more small appliance branch circuits required by Section 210.11(C)(1) shall serve all wall and floor receptacles covered by 210.52(A). 210.52 items (1) through (4) includes the receptacle(s) referred to in the questions. It is important to refer to the manufacturer of the microwave appliance because the listed microwave oven unit may require an individual branch circuit. See NEC 110.3(B).
