Hey Rodney thanks for your question. If I understand your question correctly then yes if you meet the conditions in 312.8. Conductors are allowed to pass through enclosures if they (in total area) do not exceed 40% of that space; or if spliced or tapped they cannot exceed 75% of that space. A warning label that identifies the closest disconnecting means for the feed-through conductors is also necessary. It is not a requirement but the last sentence of 90.8(B) states that limiting the number of circuits in an enclosure minimizes the effects of short circuits or ground faults. And although it is beyond the NEC scope, having multiple sources of power in an enclosure might not be the safest design and can make the safe work procedures more complicated.
