Thanks for the daily insights.  Regarding the CQOTD for Wednesday 4/13/2016, there are products available that are UL listed for use as RHH, RHW-2, and USE-2. The RHH/RHW-2 rating allows these conductors to be installed in raceway inside buildings. The plexed cable assembly does not have an overall jacket and is not considered to be a single cable, therefore the conductors must be counted as individual conductors for the purpose of conduit fill (40% limit).

Hey Dave thanks for your comment you make a great point. If the product is marked with the other insulation types then yes it would be permitted for interior wiring because it meets the requirements for those insulation types.
