While the rules in 250.122(F) do not contain the words "fully sized" the rules for multiple raceways and cables not installed in raceways or cable trays require that the EGC in each raceway of cable be sized based on the rating of the OCPD and Table 250.122, the effect is that the code requires a fully sized EGC in those cases.

Hey Don thanks for your comment, it's good to hear from you. I know that you understand how to size equipment grounding conductors (EGC) but some hear fully sized and think that the EGC must be equal to or the same size as the ungrounded conductors. As you mention each EGC is sized based on the overcurrent protective device for the ungrounded conductors using Table 250.122 - whether it is in a parallel arrangement or not.
