Answer:
Git rid of um. Most listed baseboard heaters include instructions to prohibit their installation below receptacle outlets. Assuming these are listed units and are installed end to end, section 210-52(a)exc. permits the installation of factory assemblies for receptacles in the ends of the heaters as long as the receptacles are not on the heater circuits.
